The hotel is in a good position a couple of minutes walk from the main road which itself is a couple of minutes from the lake. My room was at the back overlooking the pool with its own balcony (table and chair). The room had a flat screen tv with many channels but the only English speaking one I found was 420 a German channel. The room had tea making facilities but no coffee of milk. The room had everything I needed for a 6 night stay. The restaurant was on the ground floor, breakfast was from 7 am and the evening meal from 7 pm. Breakfast was the usual continental style plus egg and bacon (not the same bacon as in England). The evening meal was multi choice ordered the night before, the meat dish was usually pork. Overall the food was good. There is a small bar area but entertainment was on the night of the Gala dinner only, prices were reasonable and the system was to run up a tab which was paid at the end of your stay. All of the staff I had contact with spoke reasonable English and were good and helpful. Overall a good hotel
